Not by Day Music. Farther east. Like 96th (right before the 7-11 where I used to get my yearly Christmas Eve slurpee after midnight mass---) The goats did not resemble Mark, but they might have sort of resembled that girlfriend person of his . . .
Oh Josh, I think that you just feel left out because you don't know Portland like the rest of us. Foster is the most horribly awesome street in SE Portland. Consider: 1) it doesn't run N/S or E/W. Instead it bisects the Eastside grid. 2) it is a hangout for the Russian mob. 3) it is lined on either side by more meth labs than you can shake a stick out. 4) it is home of the Decorette Shop, one of the greatest local businesses in all of Portland (and the place where my mother learned to decorate birthday cakes!). 5) it is now home to one of my favorite bars (The Slingshot), which looks like a location for a David Lynch film.

On Foster? By Day Music? Did these goats resemble Mark?
Was this Jeff Foster, former Pacers star? Well, maybe star is being a bit kind.
Oh, wait, David Foster Wallace, right?
